The Apartments at Blakeney will be a new apartment community located at the intersection of Rea and Ardrey Kell roads, in the 275-acre Blakeney development. Designed to be a luxury community with a single-family feel, the 295-unit development will be constructed in two-story buildings with incorporated garages. The streetscape will have varied elevations, and each apartment will have a separate entry. In addition, the formal site plan for the community provides outstanding open space and landscaped areas, and residents will be within walking distance of Blakeney's high-end shops and restaurants. Completion of Phase I is expected in March of 2008, while Phase should be finished in May.
